Your position as SECURITY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT & DOMAIN MANAGER at RST consultancy.

You use your knowledge and experience in the execution of projects and take the lead in the strategic and organizational aspects of security and the relevant regulations. As a domain manager at RST consultancy, you give direction and shape to organizational and policy and security issues and you are the point of contact within your area of expertise.

 You manage projects and the team, but also actively take responsibility for the substantive development of your domain and the further development of our consultancy offering.

What you do

  • You steer, coach and inspire a team of consultants on strategic-organizational security projects.
  • You act as the domain manager: you develop the substantive vision, determine priorities and ensure knowledge assurance and innovation within your field.
  • You take the lead in the further development and professionalization of the team, with a focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring and growth trajectories.
  • You develop and refine security policies, risk analyses, compliance strategies, procedures and awareness programmes.
  • You advise organizations on organizational security challenges, with a focus on laws and regulations (NIS, CER, ISPS, Private Security Act, ...).
  • You supervise change processes in organizations, with an eye for behavior, culture and processes.
  • You are a strategic sparring partner for clients and colleagues, and translate complex legislation into applicable frameworks.
  • You monitor the quality, progress and customer focus of the current projects, and report to management.

Your profile

  • You have completed a relevant Master's degree (criminology or other behavioural sciences)
  • You have demonstrable managerial experience and have a proven track record of successfully coaching and managing teams.
  • You combine analytical skills with vision and dare to make choices as a domain manager.
  • You are committed, customer- and result-oriented and strategically oriented.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
