Your position as SECURITY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT at RST consultancy.

You use your knowledge and experience in the execution of projects. In the role of Security Consultant, your focus will be on the strategic and organizational aspect of physical security and the relevant regulations. You advise the client on the correct application of the laws and regulations. You are jointly responsible for developing a security policy, risk analysis, procedures and training. Or you provide the customer with advice on physical security and surveillance. For your strategic advice, as an expert, you can fall back on your accurate knowledge of legislation, your risk-preventive thinking and insights into security management. You work in a team on project(s) or autonomously. You are responsible for the follow-up and implementation of security (sub)projects and report to the project coordinator on a project basis.

You will join a team of experienced security experts, where knowledge sharing with each other is important. Within an enthusiastic team, you will help build the further future of the RST group.

Your profile

You have completed a relevant Master's degree.
As a consultant, you are analytical, committed, customer- and result-oriented and strategically oriented.
You have demonstrable skills with which you can creatively coordinate processes, information flows and risk management.
You use your relevant knowledge and experience to implement security management systems based on the laws and regulations: Private Security Act, NIS, CER2, ISPS,....
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch (English and/or French is a plus).
